It takes the intentional outlook and purposeful action of everyone within an academic institution to create a community of educational shalom. The pursuit of shalom should impact daily practices, alleviate barriers, and inform strategic planning.  A commitment to work through the messy struggle toward wholeness is necessary if we are to see all stakeholders flourish, as well fulfill the mission statements of our Christian schools.
