When leaders are honest, they admit that the most difficult part of leading is not the challenges outside the organization, but the resistance inside the organization—from their own people—when challenged by the changes necessary for the mission to succeed. In this seminar, Tod Bolsinger, author of the best-selling Canoeing the Mountains: Leading in Uncharted Territory, and Tempered Resilience: How Leaders are Formed in the Crucible of Change, will give us the formational practices needed for leaders to survive the sabotage that always comes and develop the resilience for facing down resistance when a leader is in the crucible of change.
