Preparing students for a rapidly changing world requires that they learn to embrace change while developing character—the ability to choose well no matter what! Schools play a vital role in creating the conditions for students to grow in this. How can educators engage their students in this journey? Is it possible to make simple changes that change the aim from building compliance to character? Why is relational connection and challenge so important in the process? In this session Dave will equip educators to partner with students as they develop the muscle of character in today’s complex and rapidly changing world.
