A panel of Cardus Senior Fellows will address two strands of Christian school financial sustainability and growth: 1) innovative financial models and practices; and 2) new developments and trends in school choice funding for independent schools. Cardus Senior Fellows Lynn Swaner (ACSI) and Jon Eckert (Baylor University) address the first with their groundbreaking ACSI-Cardus study on Christian school sustainability, while Albert Cheng (University of Arkansas) shares an overview of school choice and the future of public funding post-COVID.
Join us for these presentations and discussion of ramifications with a roundtable of Cardus senior fellows, including David Smith (Calvin University), Beth Green (Tyndale University), Erik Ellefsen (Baylor University), Deani Van Pelt (Edvance), and Ray Pennings (Cardus co-founder).

We know how organizations bring about change; it is not a mystery. Unfortunately, most schools are not rich in change-focused DNA; it is just not part of what we have been trained to do well. The good news is that, contrary to most mythology, changing schools is not so much hard as it is uncomfortable. Based on work with more than 250 schools in the last decade, Grant will share the keys to building both a comfort and a capacity for change in your school.
